SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All With Pleasure orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days after the order date.

Once an order is processed, delivery typically takes 2 - 5 business days, depending on the carrier and shipping address. Tracking information is sent to your email and/or phone number as soon as we fulfill your order.

With Pleasure is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. If your package has been lost and/or stolen, please contact your carrier immediately and provide them with your tracking number.

With Pleasure reserves the right to cancel orders, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately. 

RETURNS

Orders can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in the exact condition they were received. Items with any signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant stains, or items with body odor, will not be accepted.

If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, a refund will not be issued, and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
